For book checkouts and/or computer access, community members need to present their driver’s license or state issued ID to request a temporary computer login. The address is ACTC College, College Drive Library, 1400 College Drive, Ashland, KY 41101. The library has study tables and computer. Although ACTC students get priority usage of the computers, this is not usually a problem.
