- ACTC Foundation – For Fred Charles Student Emergency Fund information
- 211 / United Way – “Get connected to a live specialist 24/7/365 who can assist you in finding help with housing, food, health care, and more. Easy to use. Confidential. Free!... 211 is available throughout our five county region (Boyd, Carter, Elliott, Greenup, and Lawrence) by phone, text, and web. Callers should be able to dial 2-1-1 from any home, office or cell phone. If you do experience difficulties you can always reach the service through the toll-free number at 1-866-362-6211.”
- Hillcrest / Bruce Mission – For emergency needs, health needs and education and employment needs
- The Neighborhood – Provides access to meals, housing/utility assistance, mental health care, clothing/housewares, haircuts, and showers. Purpose: "providing basic needs, encouraging opportunities through educational and employment avenues and creating accountability through mentorship, volunteer and internship programs."
