How do I clear my browser cache?

Answer

To clear your cache in Chrome:

  • Open Chrome.
  • At the top right, click the three vertical dots.
  • Click "more tools."
  • Click "clear browsing data."
  • Choose a time range (we recommend "all time").
  • Check all the boxes except passwords.
  • Click "clear data."

To clear your cache in Firefox:

  • Open Firefox.
  • At the top right, click the menu button.
  • Select options.
  • Click the privacy and security panel.
  • In the cookies and site data section, click clear data.
  • Remove the check mark in front of cookies and site data.
  • With cached web content check marked, click the clear button.

To clear your cache in Microsoft Edge:

  • Open Edge.
  • At the top right, click the three vertical dots.
  • Click Privacy, Search, and Services on the left of screen.
  • Scroll down to Clear Browsing Data section.
  • In the Clear Browsing Data section you will have the option to choose what you clear, or choose what to clear each time the browser is closed.
